Every home and property has its own mailing address and also a lot number, which reflects how the space is recorded by the County of Los Angeles. It is not typically used for anything other than correspondence with a lender or the county. Your street address is sufficient for mail and other routine purposes.

For whatever reason, only one TOT street is officially a street: Zuni Street. None of the others have designations such as Street, Avenue, etc. Some folks add these to their mailing labels, but they aren’t technically accurate except for Zuni Street.
