Gates & Fobs

Main Gate

The front gate near Topanga Canyon Boulevard is the only vehicle entry/exit for the community. You can enter using:

• Key fob

• Remote gate control device

• Personal 4-digit gate code (press # then your unique number)

Vendor Codes

Ask the onsite manager for the current vendor code if you need it for delivery services or commercial vendors. It is changed on a regular basis for security. The Onsite Manager can also provide temporary vendor gate codes to your realtor, if your home is being shown for sale or lease.

Key Fobs

Each household receives two key fobs at no cost when you complete your Resident/Vehicle Registration Form with the Onsite Manager.

Important Rules

• Never loan, transfer, or alter your assigned fob

• No one under age 14 should use a fob

• Report lost or stolen fobs immediately so they can be deactivated

• Return all fobs within 10 days when selling/leasing your home

• Any extra unregistered fobs are automatically deactivated

• Replacements: Lost or damaged fobs can be replaced at cost through the Onsite Manager

Security Best Practices

Don't share your personal gate code with guests. Instead, instruct them to call you through the gate console so you can buzz them in directly.
