Fobs are needed for secure areas. To enter the front gate, use your fob or enter your code: press # then your 4-digit number.
Gate remotes are available for $50 and can be purchased from the Onsite Manager (see Management).
Lost key fob or gate remote? Please notify management immediately so they can deactivate and replace them. A $25 fee for replacements will apply. Reporting lost fobs will help keep unauthorized people from entering our community.
If you misplaced your personalized code, or your code or fob is not working properly, please contact the Onsite Manager (see Management).
Please DO NOT give out your personal gate access code to guests, friends, vendors, or delivery services. Instruct them to call you through the gate console so you may “buzz” them in or have them contact you via phone directly so that you can provide entry upon their arrival.
If your house is for sale or lease, please inform the Onsite Manager so that temporary gate access can be arranged for agents and potential buyers or tenants.
