US Postal Service (USPS) Mailboxes
The USPS delivery service needs access to our mailboxes. It is our responsibility to keep access clear of obstructions, such as parked vehicles or overgrown shrubbery and branches.
If our mailboxes are obstructed, the USPS may mandate that we install one central mailbox area versus allowing our homes to be individually served.
Please help us keep our individual postal delivery by keeping your mailbox accessible and by parking properly.
The notice boxes, sometimes called tubes, installed alongside most mailboxes in TOT allow for communications from management and occasionally neighbor-to-neighbor, but not for solicitation materials or communications from outside TOT. Residents are not required to have notice boxes.
If you do not have a notice box and would like one installed, contact the Onsite Manager (see Management).
