The best way to ensure receipt of your package is to request delivery with signature only and to schedule it. This way, if you’re not available at the time scheduled, you’ll receive a notice to reschedule. You might also enlist a trusted neighbor to accept a package for you.

The office cannot be responsible for accepting packages for delivery to residence addresses.

A reason to schedule deliveries is to prevent theft of packages left on doorsteps, under mailboxes, or outside front gates.

Please DO NOT give your personal gate access code to guests, friends, vendors, or delivery services. Instead, you can instruct them to call you through the gate console so you may “buzz” them in or have them contact you via phone directly so that you can provide entry upon their arrival.
